*Licenciement économique de l’une ou l’autre des personnes mentionnées dans le contrat de réservation,

*Déménagement suite à une mutation professionnelle de l’une ou l’autre des personnes mentionnées dans le contrat de réservation




Pour être recevable, l'annulation du séjour doit être notifiée par lettre recommandée, e-mail ou fax avec accusé-réception et accompagnée de justificatifs précis et incontestables, au plus tard 3 jours après l'évènement entraînant l'annulation. This warranty covers only the case of cancellation occurring BEFORE STAY and for the following reasons :


* Serious illness or serious accident of any of the persons mentioned in the booking contract causing hospitalization and / or complete immobilization in the family home


* Death of one or other of the persons named in the booking contract.

* Economic Dismissal of any of the persons mentioned in the booking contract

To be admissible, holiday cancellation must be notified by e -mail or fax with acknowledgment and accompanied by clear and indisputable proof letter no later than three days after the event causing the cancellation.
