Wallach duplex

The duplex WALLACH is a large apartment of 80m², it can accommodate up to à 6 people. It is classified 4 stars by the ministry of tourism.

It is located on the 3rd floor of the building located 1 rue des clefs, with elevator (you can reserve several apartments in this building).

The 1st level of the WALLACH apartment consists of:
- a large living room with a kitchen open to the living room equipped with a sofa bed
- a separate toilet

On the second level, you will find:

- a bedroom with 2 double beds (4 people)
- a bathroom with bathtub and toilet

You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby

Pets are accepted upon request (pets under 15kg and non-dangerous) with an additional fee of 30€ per s´day per pet.

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.

Bed linen and towels as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the day are included in the price. It is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and to tidy up the interior of the apartment. If you don't want to do this, you can order an extra cleaning before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 60 euros.
