In the heart of Strasbourg's City Center, apartment entirely renovated in 2020 including 1 bedroom (3 single beds each) + living room with 1 single bed and 1 double sofa bed. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet.

The VERMALA apartment is on the 7th floor (up to the 6th floor with elevator) of the building in which "BOULANGER" is located at 30 rue du 22 novembre

Access;The street of November 22 is so pedestrian that you will be able to access the building by car only at certain times (from 6am to 11am).

About the area
The city center of Strasbourg is a dynamic and lively area with bars, museums, the Christmas market and the charm of its architecture. You should not miss some of the best restaurants in the area as well as the famous restaurants.

Transportation
The apartment is close to public transport (bus and streetcar) which will allow you to easily get around the city. There are two streetcar stops close to the apartment: Place de l'homme de Fer (Trams A, B, C, D, F), and Langstross/Grand Rue (Trams A and D).

Other remarks
This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.

Bed linen and towels as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the day are included in the price. It is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and to tidy up the interior of the apartment. If you don't want to do this, you can order an extra cleaning before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 60 euros.

Pets are accepted upon request (pets under 15kg and not dangerous) with an additional fee of 30€ per séday per pet.
