🏠 This apartment is a duplex, ideally located in the heart of Strasbourg: a few minutes walk from the Cathédrale 🙏 and the Petite France 🥨.

🏠 The apartment is on the 4th floor (without elevator) in a typical Alsatian building in which it was not possible to place an elevator.
🪜The colimaçon staircase dating from 1833, is ratherôt steep. You may encounter access difficulties if you travel with large suitcases or bulky belongings.

🏠 From the entrance, dive into the Alsatian atmosphere 🥨: living room entirely open to the kitchen 🍴 with exposed beams.
🛋️ The living room and its comfortable sofa bed, 🍽️ its dining room open to the fully equipped kitchen, offers you a beautiful living space.
🛌 Access the bedroom by an interior wooden staircase. This one is attic and with exposed beams as well.
🚿 From the bedroom, you access a large bathroom under the roof, with bath/shower. A washing machine will be at your disposal.

🏡 The whole apartment will be à you. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay :
🧹 the ménage will be made,
🛏️le bed will be made with clean sheets (bed linen will be à your disposal if you wish to use the sofaé-lit),
🧼clean towels will be à your disposal as well as a bath mat and a towel,
📶 free WIFI connection

⛔ Access by car is restricted (only allowed between 6am and 11am in the morning, and forbidden all day in the December period).

🚭 This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.
