🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, classified as a historical monument, the Sous les Tilleuls apartment, is a superb 80m² apartment, decorated with great charm. It is located in a quiet building at the foot of the Dominican Church and its Christmas market in December.

🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as to the various tourist and cultural centers of Colmar.

You can enjoy during your stay :
🛋️ the living room is composed of a kitchen area, dining area as well as a living room area with a sofa bed and tévision.
🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and kitchen utensils).

🛏️ a spacious bedroom with a large double bed,
🛏️ a bedroom with two single beds,
🚿 A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine as well 🚽 as a separate toilet.

🛗🪜The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator. The apartment includes 3 steps.

🅿️ You can take advantage of a private garage (vehicle less than 1m80) which is located in the basement of "22 rue du rempart" under the MERCURE hotel (it is 350 mètres à foot from the apartment).
⚠️L’apartment and the garage are not in the same place. The parking access control is on the kitchen table, you have to walk to the apartment before accessing the parking.
👟The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar.
🅿️ In front of the Hôtel Mercure you will find free 30 minutes parking with a parking disc (blue disc).

🏡The whole accommodation will be à you. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
🧹 the ménage will be done,
🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets, and a nappeacute; bed will be at your disposal,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a dish towel per kitchen,
📶 free WIFI connection

Règles of the house:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.

🐕 Pets are accepted upon request (pets under 15kg and not dangerous) with an additional fee of 30€ per day per pet. It is requested that pets are kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
