🛋️La The living room has a dining area with a nice wooden table and a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a TV.
🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and kitchen utensils), it also has a washing machine and a high table with two bar chairs.
🚿 A bathroom with Italian shower as well 🚽 as a separate toilet completes the accommodation.

🅿️ You can take advantage of a private parking space (Only mini, eco, compact and city cars can park there with a height of less than 1m80) which is under the place du 2 Février, 500m on foot from the flat.
🅿️ Minute parking spaces, with a blue disc, are available nearby (in front of 12 rue du nord). 

🏡The whole accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as much as possible during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary for the sofa bed will be provided,

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 extra cleaning fee.
