If you come by car, a parking space is available in the basement (maximum height: 1.90 metres). Please do not park anywhere other than the indicated parking space. In case of complaints from neighbours, your deposit will be deducted.
Close to Petite France/Gare/ENA/Musée d'art moderne/Christmas markets, 100m from the tram (lines B and F).

The standard final cleaning at the end of your stay includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and the bathroom.
This is a non-smoking flat. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee.
Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not follow these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
