Located in the heart of Strasbourg, 1mn walk from the cathedral, this furnished apartment of 30m2 on the 1st floor in a narrow street of the hyper centre, offers an elegance and a typical Alsatian charm, for a capacity of 3 persons.
The accommodation
A comfortable 30m2 flat in a minimalist style, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a multi-channel TV on furniture. On the dining side, we have a table with bar stools, the American kitchen adjoining the living room, which is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, mobile induction hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. The accommodation has of course a high speed wifi internet connection.
The bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. Ironing facilities are also provided.
Pets are accepted on request (under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per pet.
This is a non-smoking flat. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee.
Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
