Come and stay in Strasbourg in this cosy 2 room flat, rated 3 stars. You will have a view on the Place Broglie (Opera and Town Hall of Strasbourg all year round, Christmas Market in December), while being 5 minutes walk from the hypercentre (Cathedral, Place Kleber, Petite France).

The flat (1st floor with lift) is composed of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a baby bed in the flat. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, cooking equipment). A washing machine is located in the bathroom.

Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be reached by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be given to you once your reservation has been confirmed.
This is a non-smoking flat. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and other smoking devices is prohibited. 
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee. 

Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not follow these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
