Noack

The Noack flat has two rooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is classified 4 stars by the Ministry of Tourism.

It is located on the 2nd floor of 14 Rue Vauban, with a lift (you have the possibility to book several flats in this building)

The flat is composed of :
- a living room with a kitchen open on the lounge equipped with a sofa bed
- a bedroom with 2 double beds (4 persons)
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet

You can reserve a private parking space in the basement of the building or nearby
Pets are accepted on request (less than 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per pet.

This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited. 
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee. 

Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
