In the heart of Strasbourg's city centre, the NETTER flat consists of two bedrooms with 2 single beds + a living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. It also has a bathroom with bath and washing machine and a separate toilet.

The NETTER flat is on the 3rd floor (with lift) of the building, above the 'BOULANGER' shop located at 30 rue du 22 novembre

Access for travellers
As the rue du 22 Novembre is a pedestrian street, you will be able to access the building by car only at certain times (from 6am to 11am). 
In the immediate vicinity (about 100 metres) are the public car parks "indigo LES TANNEURS" and "indigo KLEBER". These car parks are right in the centre of town, so they are convenient for one or a few hours, but they cost 44 euros for 24 hours! You can also park in the Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais Vert (about 500 metres) or in the GARE WODLI (about 900 metres) car parks, which cost 20 euros for 24 hours.

Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be reached by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This contact number will be given to you once your reservation has been confirmed.

Presentation of the area
The city centre of Strasbourg is a dynamic and lively area with bars, museums, the Christmas market and the charm of its architecture. Don't miss the few very good restaurants in the area and the famous vineyards.

Transport
The flat is close to public transport (bus and tram) which will allow you to move around the city very easily. There are two tram stops close to the flat: Place de l'homme de Fer (trams A, B, C, D, F), and Langstross/Grand Rue (trams A and D).

Further remarks

Pets are allowed on request (under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per pet.

This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and other smoking devices is prohibited. 
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee. 

Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros on www.cc.cotoon.online 
If you do not book this option in advance, and if you fail to comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
