The Marzolff flat has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The flat is composed of :
- a living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge for a convivial moment with family or friends
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds
- a bathroom with bath and toilet, washing machine and dryer
It is located on the 4th floor of 14 Rue Vauban, with a lift (You have the possibility to book several flats in this building)
It is classified 4 stars by the Ministry of Tourism.
You can reserve a private parking space in the basement of the building or nearby.
Pets are accepted on request (less than 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per pet.
This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee.
Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and the sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
