Le marceau

The MARCEAU flat (3 rooms, 70m2) is located in the heart of the pedestrianised city centre of Strasbourg and 3 minutes walk (250 metres) from the Cathedral (44 RUE DES GRANDES ARCADES). 
Fully equipped and refurbished in 2015, you will be seduced by its atmosphere and conviviality. You can stay up to 6 people.
On the 3rd floor with lift, but the building being old, to access the lift of the building, it is necessary to climb a staircase of 20 steps.

The accommodation
Room 1 : 2 beds 90/190cm which can be linked together to make a king size bed (width 180 cm)
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
In the living room: 1 double sofa bed
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave...)

Access for travellers by car
As the rue des Grandes Arcades is pedestrianised, you can only access the building by car at certain times (from 6am to 11am). However, the "Gutenberg" public car park (open 24 hours a day) is close to the flat (50m).

Other remarks

Pets are accepted on request (less than 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per pet.

This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited. 
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee. 

Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
