Superb apartment of 52m² rénové à the fall 2022, à few minutes à foot of the city center and the station (1 rue des Taillandiers), in an area of free parking.

This apartment offers you a bedroom with a bed with storage closet. The apartment offers a bedroom with a bed and a wardrobe, a large living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso.
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with coffee making facilities for your arrival.
Maps and folders with tourist information will help you organize your stay.

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.

Pets are accepted upon request (pets under 15kg and non-dangerous) with an additional fee of 30€ per night per pet.

Bed linen and towels as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the night are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the sanitary facilities.
It is however your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, to take down the garbage, to empty the refrigerator, the freezer, the dishwasher, the oven, the microwave as well as to tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you don't want to do this, you can order an extra cleaning before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-respect of these instructions, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 60 euros.
