🥨 The g&eicirc;te "La Petite Venise" is located on the second floor of an Alsatian house full of charm and authenticity (alcôves, half-timbering, woodwork,...) in the heart of the old town and the historic center of the very pretty city of Colmar.

👥 It can accommodate two adults and two children.
🏠This charming apartment completely renovated, modern and cosy is equipped with a bathroom with shower 🚿, a small kitchen equipped 🍽️ (oven, plates and réfridge), a washing machine, a living area with a sofa bed of 160 cm 🛋️, a flat screen TV, wifi and a spacious bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm 🛏️.

🪜The apartment is on the 1st floor with no elevator.

🛍️ This ideal location will make you travel the time of a weekend or during a longer stay in the heart of Alsace and its traditions, and will invite you to go and discover the alleys of Colmar and its little Venice, as well as the Christmas markets which we no longer have the time to visit. Around this magnificent city, you will be able to let yourself live at the rhythm of the wine road and its gastronomy, its great wines and its many Alsatian villages.

🚘 Coming by car? The Montagne Verte and Rapp public parking lots are the closest. You also have the option of finding a spot on nearby streets, with on-street parking, it's paid (pay and display or app) from 9am-7pm except Sundays and holidays.
🅿️ accommodation is in the pedestrian zone during certain events (Christmas markets, ...) in downtown Colmar. A pay parking zone is available in the vicinity of the apartment. 🅿️ The Montagne Verte public parking lot is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground parking spaces (maximum height 2m, electric car charging possible).
🅿️ Rapp public parking lot is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 900 underground parking spaces (maximum height 2m15, electric car charging).
🅿️ You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 800m from the apartment. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is required. Rates start at 12 euros per night, per space.
