🏡 Entirely renovated in the fall of 2022, the Gite des Bains apartment is located just next to the Théâtre in downtown Colmar. 🅿️Il has a private parking space in the backyard of the building (for 1 car only). Ideal for a day out with family or friends.

🛗 Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a quiet residence, this apartment of 94 m² has a bright kitchen 🍽️ fully equipped;It has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) opening onto a dining area and access to a balcony.
🛋️ The living room space, bright🌞 thanks to these large bay windows without vis-à-vis, is equipped with a télévision 📺 with a dvd player. This space is equipped with a convertible sofa that opens to offer a mattress of 160cm by 197cm with a mattress of 22cm, 🌛 to ensure comfort for the nights of the little ones as well as the adults.
🛏️ The first room has a double bed as well as a single bed.
🛏️ The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed as well as access to a shower room with 🚿 shower, toilet 🚽 and hand basin 🧼.
