🏡This vacation home gives you an appointment in the heart of the Alsatian Vineyard🥨, on the wine road 🍇 (between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr), in the wine village of Hunawihr. Take advantage of your day in Alsace to leave for the discovery of the Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg 🏰, the Little Venice of Colmar 🚣‍♀️ or the Alsatian vineyards 🍇🥨.

🏡This pretty house of the years 70 of full foot, entirely renovated with a surface of 80 m², benefits from a West/South/East exposure, being able to accomodate up to 6 people (5 adults maximum).
It has a large living room, with lounge area 🛋️ and dining 🍽️ open to a shaded terrace ☀️ 🕶️ (awning) and a garden with trees 🌳. (Barbecue coal à disposal).
🍽️ The kitchen is equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster).
🚿 The bathroom has a shower, bath 🛁.
🚽 The toilet is separate.
🪜 The 1ère bedroom has a large double bed 🛏️ . The 2ème room has two single beds 🛏️ 🛏️ as well as a bunk bed 🛏️ 🛏️.

🗺️Très good location à Hunawihr in quiet with départ à foot by the vineyards to visit Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr and Zellenberg.

🍼 A bed bé umbrella is also &eagrave; your disposal free of charge (à the request). Bed linen is not provided for the bunk bed. Only the mattress provided by the manufacturer will be made available with the bunk bed.

🏡The entire house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the fullest during your stay :

Règle of the house:
🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.

🛏️ Bed and bath linens and standard final cleaning at the end of the day are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as to tidy up the interior of the apartment. If you don't want to do this, you can order an extra cleaning before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 60 euros.

🚫 Pets are strictly forbidden.

🔑The keys will be given to you by hand.

📝 A signature of a digital contract and your ID, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the reservation, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the persons present at the meeting does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
