🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, classified as a historical monument, Le Duplex des Dominicains is a superb duplex of 100m² renovated in spring 2019, with a lot of charm. It is located in a quiet building at the foot of the Dominican Church and its Christmas market in December.

🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the various tourist and cultural centers of Colmar.

🛏️ This apartment is equipped with two spacious bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and storage on the main level.
🚿 A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine as well 🚽 as a separate toilet completes this level.
🛋️ On the first floor, the bright living room is composed of a kitchen area, dining area as well as a living room area with sofa and sofa bed.
🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and kitchen utensils).
🛏️ The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has 🚽 a toilet sé completes the accommodation.

🛗🪜 The apartment is located on the 3ème floor with elevator. There are 3 steps between the elevator and the apartment.

🅿️ You can take advantage of a private parking space (vehicle less than 1m80) which is located in the basement of "22 rue du rempart" under the MERCURE hotel (it is 350 mètres à foot from the apartment).
⚠️L’apartment and the garage are not in the same place. The control for access to the parking is on the kitchen table, you have to walk to the apartment before accessing the parking.
👟 The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar.
🅿️ In front of the Mercure Hôtel you will find free 30 minutes parking with a parking disc (blue disc).

🛏️ You want to sleep in beds of 180 cm by 190 cm? Once the renovation is done you can book a double bed option for each room, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double comforter:
