Typically Alsatian with exposed beams, located on the third floor of a house dating from the 15th century, in the heart of the old town of COLMAR.
The flat has one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each. In the flat there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is available on the landing (private landing)
1 parking space in the basement (Rue des Artisans) is included in your reservation. 
Thanks to its exceptional location, this flat will be the ideal place to discover Colmar and its region.

This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is prohibited. 
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee. 

Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not follow these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
