Le Nid cosy

Le Nid Cosy is a spacious 76m² flat ideally located between the historic centre of Colmar and the train station. 
Completely renovated at the beginning of 2022, it has been tastefully decorated and fitted out in a chic and cosy atmosphere. 
The flat consists of a large and bright living room with a first terrace with a view on the Stanislas square, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, cooker, hood, oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a second terrace overlooking the back of the building, in a quiet area. 

The accommodation has a private closed garage and under ground at 300m.

Pets are accepted on request (less than 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per pet.

This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee.

Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities. However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
