Le neubau

The Neubau, or Maison des Arcades, was completely renovated in the autumn of 2021, while retaining the charm of this historic Colmar flat, with modern furnishings on the one hand and original parquet flooring on the other. 
The flat has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, each with a drawer bed (for children only). 
There is a living room with a sitting area and a dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) 
A bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes this flat. 

This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee.
Animals are not allowed. 

Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and the bathroom.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
