Le muguet

Located at 20 rue des 3 Epis, Le Muguet is a superb 92m² flat renovated in the summer of 2021, with a lot of charm, mixing old and new. It is located on the 1st floor of a building in the immediate vicinity of the historic centre and the train station.

This flat has three spacious bedrooms with storage. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, the third with two single beds.
The living room is bright and has old stained-glass windows that make the atmosphere soothing.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, connected radio, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and kitchen utensils).
A bathroom with shower, double sink and washing machine as well as a separate toilet complete this property.
You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as to the various tourist and cultural centres of interest in Colmar.
A garage is included with the reservation of the flat.

This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee.

Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
