🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, classified as a historical monument, enjoy all the attractions of Colmar life in this charming 22m² studio apartment, part of the Clos Bartholdi, only 20 metres from the Little Venice.
🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as to the various tourist and cultural attractions of Colmar.
🛏️Ce studio has a double bed and a single sofa bed for a child, 🍽️d a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a dining area. The flat has TV
🚿 🚽 A bathroom with bathtub as well as a toilet completes the accommodation.
🧼A laundry room with a shared washing machine is located in the basement. 
🪜 The accommodation is 1st floor without a lift. 

🅿️ There is a small public car park right in front of the flat where it is possible to unload your suitcases and park (paid by parking meter, not available during the Christmas markets) during your stay.
🅿️ The Montagne Verte public underground car park and the Place Rapp public underground car park are located 700m from the flat and cost approximately €40 per 24 hours.

🛋️ We provide you with a free Lounge area in the basement of the building, common to the 4 flats of the house, it includes a living room with sofas, armchairs, a table with chairs, a bar with kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, a flat screen TV, books and board games.

🏡The whole accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as much as possible during your stay:
