🏠 The flat Les Cordonniers will please you by its proportions (63m²), its location, its sober decoration and its equipment. This charming two-bedroom apartment, completely renovated in summer 2019, is located a stone's throw from the old town, not far from the famous Unterlinden museum. Located in a quiet street, you will find restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. Practical and cosy, this flat is ideal to spend a good stay in Colmar alone, as a couple, with friends, on weekend, holidays or for work.

The flat is composed of :

🪜 The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift.

🌃Colmar, city of art, history and heritage: Despite the ups and downs of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic centre which, classified as a "safeguarded sector", has benefited from a restoration and a permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (built at the beginning of the 17th century), which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its façade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but with a medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.

Colmar's religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin with a Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin, are marvellous examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great simplicity.
Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colours... Strolling along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, once the nerve centre of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice".

House rule:
🚭 This flat as well as the entire common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited.

🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee.

🐕 Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 30€ per pet, per stay, with prior request.

🧹 Bed and bathroom linen and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and the sanitary facilities.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.

📝 A signature on a digital contract and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match the one on the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
