65m2 flat located near the train station (less than 10 minutes walk) next to the Place des Halles (large shopping centre), and the city centre of Strasbourg.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor (with lift only on the 1st floor) in a quiet residence. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and two double sofas in the living room, which can accommodate up to 6 people. The shower room and the toilets are separate.
Internet access via wifi and television are included in the price.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine.
Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be reached by telephone 24/7. This contact number will be given to you once your reservation has been confirmed.
This is a non-smoking flat. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ extra cleaning fee.
Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen, a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up the interior of the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not follow these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
