Ideally located 10 minutes from Colmar, but also 20 minutes from 🐒 la montagne des singes and 🦅de la volerie des aigles or 🏰 du château du Haut-Koenigsbourg and 🎿 40 minutes from the Lac Blanc ski resort or🎡 du Parc du Petit Prince and the Alsace Ecomuseum. Within a radius of only 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: 💃 casino, 👙 spa, ⛳ golf, 🐎 equestrian centre, 👟 hiking, 🍴 restaurants, 🍷 wineries etc.

🏠 The gîte is also an ideal starting point for travelling along the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif, 🎿 its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the French-German border, about 50 minutes away, go on an adventure in Europe's largest amusement park, 🎢 Europa Park, or enjoy a day out in the pretty town of Freiburg.

🏡The entire property will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as much as possible during your stay:
🧹 the housekeeping will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

House rule:
🚭 This flat as well as the entire common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is strictly prohibited.

🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ additional cleaning fee.

🚫 Animals are strictly forbidden.

🧹 Bed and bathroom linen and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take down the rubbish, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.

📝 A signature on a digital contract and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match the one on the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
