A Hôtel Family Restaurant 

My wife and I fell under the spell of the Ritter’Hoft in July 2000, this beautiful 18th century Alsatian building;This beautiful 18th century Alsatian building, which, in its inner courtyard, houses a charming little hotel with 16 rooms and a restaurant with 80 seats, not to mention our two sunny terraces.

This establishment is for us a point of convergence between the love of the métier and the desire to please you. We are therefore regularly undertaking work to meet your expectations and thus maintain our work tool in a good state of cleanliness and safety.

Our goal is always to move forward so we have reread the third canvas in 2017.

We are fortunate today to have three sons, two of whom have followed the path of the hôtellerie restauration, after having studied at the Ferrandi Paris school, a prestigious school in the Capital they are currently pursuing their studies at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon.

The Ritter'Hoft hotel-restaurant enjoys a peaceful location in the center of the village of Morsbronn-les-Bains.

The restaurant is open every day except Sunday evenings, from March & January, for breakfast, lunch as well as for dinner.

At night, you can leave your bicycle or motorcycle in a closed garage.
