Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, in a quiet street, this vast hotel will be the perfect place for your Parisian day out with family, friends or colleagues! convivial, cosy and fully equipped, it is the result of the transformation of offices into accommodation in the spirit of a private boutique-hotel. Located on the ground floor, the loft has a direct access from the street, convenient! [ Note that this loft is the union of loft Jules and loft Julie]
- Free coffee and tea - quality bedding, memory foam mattress - sheets and towels provided - board games and books - Netflix on the TV in the shared chill room - suggested walks and good local addresses - cot, high chair and changing table available upon request -
The large room on the courtyard and under the veranda has 1 queen-size bed [convertible on request into 2 single beds] as well as a sofa bed and a mezzanine cabin bed [width 90cm, with reading light and individual plug], room 2 has a queen-size bed and room 3 has a 140cm double bed. Each room has individual air conditioning, the mattresses are memory foam. The bathrooms are all equipped with toilets and a large rain shower. We provide organic cosmetics and towels! In the basement, there is a tent area with bleachers, big poufs and lots of cushions! After a long day, relax with books, board games, flashlights, and a big TV screen!

**Vehicles and festivities are absolutely prohibited in the room. No noise after 10pm. The loft is equipped with a noise canceller**
