Description of region

Located in the centre east of the Ardèche, halfway between the Rhône valley and Aubenas, between the Coiron plateau and the Ibie valley, the commune of Villeneuve de Berg is characterised by its particular geographical situation, right in the heart of the southern Ardèche.

Road advice

1) Coming from Lyon/ Valence :

a) Access by car via the A7 motorway :

- Montélimar Nord Exit 17: continue on the N7 towards Aubenas D11, join the RN102 as far as the Villeneuve de Berg roundabout, take the 1st turning on the right.

b) Motorhome/caravan access via the A7 motorway :

- Montélimar Sud Exit 18: follow signs for Viviers, then Aubenas, then join the RN 102 as far as the Villeneuve de Berg roundabout, take the 1st turning on the right.



2) From Marseille / Avignon / Orange - Access by car / camper van / caravan via the A7 motorway:

- Montélimar Sud Exit 18: follow signs for Viviers, then Aubenas, then join the RN 102 as far as the Villeneuve de Berg roundabout, take the 1st turning on the right.



3) By train :

- Montélimar station (27 km), take the TER 74 towards Aubenas, stop at le Pommier.
