Services, leisures and animations
In july and August also, the camping proposes snack services with cooked meals, pizzas, French fries and more. You will be able to take it with you or taste it on our terrace. Theme evenings are organized for you to enjoy a friendly and warm moment.
During the season, the camping proposes food services, bread, pastries, fresh drinks, ice cream, breads ice, gas, etc.
Free WIFI access is at your disposal on the restaurant terrace.
We accept also holiday’s checks.
Description of region
The Médoc is primarily a region famous for its wines. Vendays-Montalivet and Les Peupliers Camping is located in the heart of the Medoc, between vines, pine trees and beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
Road advice
The camping Les Peupliers is located in Vendays-Montalivet, 17 Route de Sarnac, in Gironde (33), 1 hour away from Bordeaux. Here are different options for coming.
By road : You can drive to Royan and then take the boat to cross the Gironde estuary or drive around Bordeaux and take exit N°8 then N215 direction Le Verdon / Lesparre-Medoc. Approximately 10km after crossing Lesparre-Medoc, you will find on your left the direction of Vendays-Montalivet. Road signs to the camping are in place starting from downtown Vendays-Montalivet.
By Train: Main train station is SNCF Bordeaux St Jean. Then take next train to Lesparre-Medoc and take the bus to Vendays-Montalivet. www.voyages-sncf.com
By plane: Airport Bordeaux - Mérignac http://www.bordeaux.aeroport.fr
By boat: Highway A10, Exit N°25 (Saintes) Direction Royan. Then, cross the Gironde estuary by boat. http://www.cg33.fr
