Services, leisures and animations

The campsite has a private beach where you can easily get into the river. For lovers of natural water, the quiet water is wonderful for swimming or for a trip in a canoe. There are two swimming pools, the largest of which is 22x8 meters. In the middle of the vineyards you will find this paradise of peace and tranquility. A wonderful area for walking, cycling and fishing for anglers. There are beautiful fishing spots directly on the shore. On the River Lot there are countless towns, each with its own market, great for shopping. The area is rich in world-famous castles, caves and museums to visit. Historic towns such as Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie and Cahors are definitely worth a visit. In short, on your back in the sun, to satisfy your curiosity in the historic cities, looking for brocante, or on your mountain bike or walking the hills? Everything is possible!

Description of region

Our geographical location is exceptional. The “Quercy” region conceals many culinary, cultural and architectural treasures. We are situated on the wine road of Cahors. The important sites in the Lot, Dordogne and Lot et Garonne are less than an hour by car and the attractions are numerous (castles, abysses, caves, prehistoric sites, etc).

Many events and shows are organized such as local markets, antiques, second-hand goods, festivals, art show’s, fairs, etc. But don’t forget that “Le Clos Bouyssac” also organizes it’s own entertainment (sporting, culinary and cultural events)! Inside the campsite you can also enjoy the pleasure of canoeing, swimming into the river, fishing and close by tennis, mountain bike and nature walk.
